We stayed for 2 nights in a quadruple room. The staff was super friendly and helped with everything we needed, especially James at the front desk. The breakfast was tasty too! The only hiccup was the noise from the street, which kinda bothered us at night.

The pet policy feels lacking, with no designated outdoor space for them, leaving you traversing a parking lot just to find grass. Additionally, oversight in maintenance, like overflowing trash bins, detracts from the overall experience. My bathroom had cleanliness issues that needed immediate attention, such as hair left in the shower and an unkempt floor.

Elkotel provided an amazing value with its clean and quiet rooms, making it an ideal stay for business travelers. The hotel has been beautifully renovated in a unique mountain style. The extensive breakfast options, including waffles, eggs, and a variety of cereals, were excellent. I appreciated the efficient front desk staff and the quality linens in the rooms.
